When in Homeport I have small chart surveys saved as waypoints. Some appear as an icon displaying a chart (no flags etc.) and some icons are flags, round circles etc. When I click on any icon displaying a chart I get a small inner window showing a section "uploading map" and a button "open". On the waypoints showing flags, etc as their icon I get a small window without any area to show a chart and no "open" button nor "uploading map". What causes this and how do I get these charts the same? I need the small window to show "open" and "uploading map".
