Monterra not recognized in Homeport

Hi All

I have a Monterra loaded with a nautical chart (BlueChart). When I connect the Monterra to my PC (Win 8 64bit) HomePort does not recognize the device. My old Montana 650 works well with HomePort. Also, the Monterra works with BaseCamp.

Any suggestions? Is the Monterra not supported by Homeport?

Currently, the Monterra is not compatible with HomePort. If the charts are loaded to a SD card, the card can be placed in a card reader and viewed in HomePort. Any userdata that you would like to view in HomePort can be exported from BaseCamp and imported into HomePort. If you need to send data to the Monterra, it can only be sent by BaseCamp at this time.
