Transfer data from Home port to GPS MAP 720s

Home port allows export in several formats Inc Garmin GPS database format (adb) but not ADM.

However the 720s appears to only recognise ADM format files

Can anyone tell me how to transfer my way points, routes and tracks between Home port and the 720s please?
