Previous version not found

How do I update Homeport?
I have Homeport 2.2.1.0 in Program Files (x86), Garmin Using Win7.
Trying to update to 2.2.3.0 I keep getting the message that a previous version of Homeport is not found, and Setup terminates.

resolved

with Garmin's help. Had to remove HomePort and Garmin Express. When I reinstalled them, everything worked correctly.
