Have been using Homeport on imac without any problems, but having updated to Mountain Lion it won't launch. Just quits unexpectedly. I've uninstalled and re-installed, but still get the same problem. Can anyone help me?
Sorry to hear you are having problems with HomePort. Did you happen to send Garmin the error report? It should prompt you to send it to us the next time you run HomePort. There is a text box which allows you to describe what exactly you are seeing with the crash. Sending that in to us will help us troubleshoot this problem. Which version of HomePort you are running? Does it crash right after start-up or does it happen after you've been running it a while?
