I'll speak with my Money

This has been more than frustrating, as the attitude of Garmin support has been, so what. There is no 64 bit OS Mac version coming, buy windows.

Well I am not going to buy another Garmin product. And when I am asked about Garmin I will tell them to use caution and look at competitors before buying 

Garmin has lost me as a customer, the attitude I received today from support is unacceptable. I work for a electronics manufacturer and if anyone on our support team spoke to a customer in the way I experienced, they would be fired.

    100% Agree with this! The attitude I received from support was infuriating. Lost me as well.

    Not sure what exactly you experienced, but I'm always surprised to see this sort of thing. My experience has been the exact opposite when needing to contact support over the last 17 years.
