Unable to pair device

Hello,

I just bought a VivoFit and installed GarminExpress 4.1.10.0 on my laptop (Windows 10). I followed all the instructions to pair the device, logged into my account, etc. However, once I reach the screen depicted in the attached image, I can't proceed. There's no button to click forward to the profile, or no way of exiting that screen that doesn't mean returning to the main menu, where the device won't show as paired yet. Could someone help me with this?

    Wow....I have the EXACT problem and I have solved it ! I had to call Garmin support but got right in. It is a screen resolution problem (on a PC running chrome). If you have enlarged icons on desktop the "finish" button will not show on that panel where your birthdate, weight, etc shows.

    Getting your resolution to "small" or smaller will do it. However, there are several places where this can take place and the one you DON'T want is the slider. Get to a spot where you can check a radio button labeled "small" or smaller. This will do it. You will have to log off the computer and come back in for that to work, then go to garmin express again and go through the profile process again.

    Hope you get enough out of this post to make it work. I told the guy on the phone (who was in KS help center) that this was an "issue" his response was, no it's a limitation. I laughed out loud. I actually had a nice chat with him, but folks this is a GARMIN issue if you can't get your Garmin device working. I'm no slouch when it comes to pushing buttons, but they have to be visible. If Garmin hasn't accounted in THEIR software for what a user might have done with screen resoultion, then that is on them.

    I left a long answer to this earlier today, but it isn't showing up. Here's the short version.

    On windows desktop: right click; go to personalize; click small button. This will give enough resolution to show the "finish" button on the Garmin Express screen. I am using Windows 7. Answer for Windows 10 may vary. Good luck !

    Thank you so much, both of you. I followed the instructions and finally managed to pair the device. Everything is working good so far!
