Accuracy of Deep sleep & oxygen levels

Do these records seem about as expected? I know this isn't a medical device, but I hope the records are close. I'm getting some strange readings. Most nights show no deep sleep, or 30 minutes deep sleep. This would not be surprising with a disease I have, but I'd like to know if the readings are somewhat accurate for other people.

My sleep pulse ox also shows low. If the reading is fairly accurate, that's also a concern.
  • Do not rely on this watch for sleeping...do not rely in any watch for that matter. I have an Oura ring which is pretty darn accurate and the 2 do not compare. The stages of sleep on the watch seem to be just random numbers. The ONLY thing that is accurate for sleep is the time I went to bed and the time I woke up. Light/REM/deep sleep numbers are just random numbers in my opinion especially after testing side by side with my Oura ring.
