Incoming call notification is buggy on Android.

I'm on firmware 3.50 and on my S5 when I get an incoming call notification I face two issues:
1) the option to reject the call with an sms is randomly missing, often the sms icon doesn't appear.
2) after I answer the call on the phone, most of the times the VA3 is still stuck on displaying the incoming call, like I didn't answer, until I dismiss it.
Any solution?

My solution was to just let the notification ring for a minute and then it went away on its own. It might not work but it's worth a shot and I'm sorry if it's been that long and it hasn't gone away that would suck
