does 310XT measure distance in a pool? - or is the GPS to weak?

Hello there,

Does anybody know if the garmin 310 XT does work in pool swim?

I know it don't have the same feautre as 910XT - but does it still measure the distance swimmed?

Hope anyone have the experience?

The 310xt will NOT give you good distance measurements in a pool.
