[Feature Request] Adding Waypoints

I didn't find a possibility to create a new waypoint without working GPS, so inside a house for instance. Please add a menu point "Add waypoint" in the waypoint menu of the navigation app and another shortcut when pressing down in the "save position" widget.

I have got my coordinates set to British Grid. As such I can then create a waypoint wherever I want using that coordinate system by saving my current location and editing that to be whatever I actually want. To me that is "basic waypoint management ability" - aka you can do it on the watch and it won't take that long.

A restart of the watch indeed fixes that... Kinda weird, but ok.

Yes, I noticed that a restart seemed to trigger a quick satellite fix.
