645 freeze since firmware 5.90

Hello,

My 645 (no music version) freezed today.

Its the first time I see this, it never happened before.

I'm sure firmware update 5.90 is causing this issue.

Any suggestions garmin to fix this?

Same happening to me. Twice now, since it automatically updated to 5.90. Freezes after workout is saved, with light on (so it can exhaust my battery faster?). Was fine before 5.90.

Before 5.90 I never had a problem and I train every day. now with the 5.90 when I save the third workout on the same day the clock freeze. the watch works properly for one workout a day. If Garmin does…

Test this:

Change the language of the watch to another one… power off… power on

Change the language again to your default language… power off… power on

Let me know if the watch steel freeze after saving a running :)

This is what's wrong with how Garmin run the forum. Ideally, IMHO, it should be a place to come to find solutions to problems, not just a place for screaming into the void. If Garmin ran it like that it would make a better customer support experience as over time it would become a valuable resource for everybody and often be quicker than ringing or emailing Garmin. It would also take pressure of the support people meaning they could better serve those who can't find the solution in the forum.
