My clock right now is about 15 minutes off - before it was too slow and now it is too fast. I recently updated to 3.7, and after it updated I held down "Light" until my phone turned off (I think this is called a soft reset?). I did this because just reading on the forums its a good idea to restart your phone after an update. Perhaps I should have just turned it off and on instead? But in any case, this soft reset is what caused my time to be off. How do I get my time to be displayed correctly now and why did this happen?? Many thanks.
As long as your Time setting in Menu>Settings>System>Time>Set Time is Auto then we would expect getting a GPS signal would update the time. If this is not working then I would encourage you to reach out to our Product Support team directly so that we can look at this further.
