Are you having the same issue as the original post? Watch shutting down unexpectedly? If so, sounds like a hardware issue. I suggest contacting Garmin Product support via phone or chat.
In that case you need to contact Garmin Support, as mentioned in my first post on this thread.
Same issue happening to my wife’s 45S, wouldn’t scroll round to the start again either by going up or down, I did a reset on the watch 2 days ago and seemed ok, now last night I had to re-pair it to her phone. My 645 music has never had an issue but her 1 month old 45 has given nothing but bother. Most annoying.
