Map Update

I have an edge 820 from the first series with a map from 2016.

Is it possible to update the Garmin bike map to a current version (2018)?

Yes, I tried garmin express, but unfortunately without success.

Furthermore, I tried to completely delete and reinstall the map of the edge 820 using garmin express.

If Garmin express doesn't offer you an update them I suspect you don't have one.

Is there another way to get a map update?

Unfortunately there is no possibility to buy the map in the garmin shop.

I wouldn't bother but just install another OSM map.

Yesterday i have updated my map to 2018.10. Can i just remove all the other maps what are still on the Garmin or should some maps stay on the Garmin. I wnat to copy other cards from OSM next week to the Garmin.
