My 1030 running the latest firmware is still not functional with regards to route guidance prompts when using the generic routable new map from this link http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/. The course loads and turn guidance is on however the turn prompts do not come up, so if you are riding with a data screen you get lost and miss junctions.
Does anyone else experience this?
I use the official maps and am having thee same problem. I'm using routes I have used before. The routes load, but TBT is broken. No matter where I am on the route, even though the map displays correctly…
That's the problem I saw and reported about a month ago. (I saw the same sort of problem on the Touring.)
It has nothing to do with maps. That is, once the secondary route with the turns has been calculated…
