Firmware 6.30 Bug

6.30 update has brought following bugs:
- shut down during ride (first time with my device)
- Vector 3 screen doesn't show datas
- Cadence sensor field doesn't show data
- GPS accuracy really sucks

I'm getting fed up with this device. For the first time I consider to sell all my Garmin stuff and go to another brand.

I have also Wahoo Bolt , is the same s...t regarding firmware's , as they brick a lot of devices with the last firmware

Related to GPS accuracy , did you sync your device with wifi or Garmin connect ? As far as I know there is an EPO file that must be updated

I don’t think perfect device exists but my old 1000 wasn’t as faulty as 1030 device.
I didn’t know there were a difference between sincyng with Wifi or Garmin Connect. Can you give me the link to this EPO file?
I still think there’s a issue with GPS as my device loses satellite very often.

Today's ride wasn't better than previous. Sensors stayed connected but lost connection with iPhone (iOS 12) around 30min after start. Shutdown after about 5 hours.
GPS still inaccurate.

I am courios, this was the reason for upgrading my 810
Edge 1030 is damn accurate in challenging areas, can you give an example for innacuracy ?

Ps: You have to connect you Garmin device trough usb cable and check the folders , check the date for epo file(i dont remember the path)

EPO.BIN is under GPS folder. The date of the file is : 10/13/2018 1:14PM.

You can find different samples of inaccuracy for yesterday and I have a lot more to share for yesterday and every ride.
