Shimano di2 - wu111 issue

Hi all

Bluetooth connection between 1030 and shimano WU111 DI2 is simply a nightmare. If you don"t succeed to perform firmware upgrade for any reason, you simply have your Di2 blocked.

But the good news is that if you have latest 6.0 1030 release, battery of shimano simply go to 0 in a couple of hours,. If you connect shimano and 1030.

Sometime ago garmin was more customer feedback oriented company, I bought more or less 10 different units, but right now qualty of product (halo problem for 1030 is just an example) and first of all software quality let me think that I have to find better company for my electronics sport devices.

Just to clarify my last post, because I wasn't so clear sorry.

I suppose that after last 6.0 upgrade and probably due to WU111 DI2 connection (Private ANT connection with Garmin), battery of the DI2 drop in a very short time frame (I'm still try to understand better the scenario). I also see that now as soon as I switch ON my gramin in less than a second the unit find DI2, this is a good news for me because till now with previous garmin software release it take some seconds to see DI2 on my garmin screen, and sometimes i need to change gear a couple of time in order to make them comunicate. But is it possible that connection between garmin 1030 with DI2 with WU111 unit causes battery drop?

When you are on the etube project on desktop. The Bluetooth settings what setting should it be on.
