UPDATE: This does work after all. After doing research, I found out you need a Garmin "premium" HRM3 heart rate monitor or better. I purchased one and it actually gave me a score. But it does say there was "no history recorded" even though I preformed two tests.
I have a new Edge 1030 that has been updated to v6.0 firmware.. It's up to date and I also have a Garmin chest strap that is paired and working. After 3 minutes.. I get the "there is a problem.. blah blah.." Apparently this was never fixed. Why put a feature in a $600 unit that doesn't work?
