mine vibrates for more than a minute and cannot be stopped, it stops only with a voice alert. it does not happen frequently and always start with a voice alert
I've experienced the same issue. Always during workout sessions To avoid pressing a lap/next rep or even worst start/stop to fix and end the vibration, I normally long press the down button to activate…
I'm going to report this as a bug, but I'm waiting for the next time it happens (so I have a better idea of exactly when and how it happened, for the report).
If others are having this issue, please chime in here and/or file a bug report. It would be nice to get Garmin's attention on this.
I reported this bug to Garmin, but they are saying they want a video of the watch to include the start of the workout, the point when the problem happens, and the continued vibration after it happens.
Since I can't predict when the issue will occur, this is not practical. Having to point a camera at the watch during all of my workouts would defeat the purpose the watch.
** So, my request to you is, if you are having this issue and want it fixed, please (1) chime in on this thread, and (2) report it to garmin (use chat or call link on this page: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?contactOverride=true&productID=1462801&tab=topics)
Only with more voices will the issue get attention.
This has also happened to me 2 times. One the first occasion I had to power off and re-start the device. On the second, it stopped by itself after about a minute.
Long press DOWN to enter music (and then BACK obviously). I can confirm it stops the vibration. It happened again today also to me. It was during an interval lap end...
