Garmin 965 not Charging until 100%

Hello,

My Garmin 965 watch is not going properly until 100% charge, it stops around 88%-93%; any idea how I could fix this please ?

Garmin-Sierra can you tell us how long it should take according to Garmin to charge fr965 from 0% to 100%? I'm asking this because it takes much longer than my sons' fr245 and fr55 or my old fenix6.…

The exact same thing happens to me. I think it's really a software problem. It's interesting not to let the battery always charge up to 100%. This applies to mobile phones as well.

My watch when charging just went from 90 to 100% in like 10 minutes, that has never happened before...I'm traveling so I cant verify it with my current meter right now.

Yes, new "bug" after latest FW upgrade. I hope it'll adapt after s few charges

Yes, I also confirm this error on 21.20. The watch charge does not reach 100 per cent.
Moreover, if the watch system is translated into English, you will immediately see this 100 per cent of charge.
It turns out that this error occurs when using regional languages other than English.

Interesting. I wonder how do you say 100% in other languages and why Garmin is struggling to translate that ;)

It's not the translation in the clock that is to blame, but the fact that for system languages other than English there is a software error in displaying the power controller measurements.
I switched the clock system to English yesterday, did some training, then put the clock on charge and from 87 per cent the clock charged to 100 per cent as usual.
Garmin is getting a lot of these errors in regional languages in recent years, when English works but other languages have errors.

Mine is in French. Maybe I won't send my watch under warranty to Garmin after all
