glances rearranged?

I just noticed my glances have been rearranged on my watch. Has this happened to anyone? Any idea how/why? It's a hassle.

Looks like I can only rearrange them again on the watch or the app, but not on the web (would be easier with mouse drag/drop).

FWIW, I'm new to the 965 (I've had it maybe 2 weeks and done 14 runs or so with it), but not new to Garmin watches (most recent 945, very first the 201 :)

    Sometimes when syncing with Garmin Express or with a FW update I have experienced that.

    You can't do on web any on device settings (on watches that have live settings changes - most of the recent ones)

    Same for me, I like to have the calendar glace as the first item & my parkrun barcode as the last so I can just go up or down but they often disappear into the middle of the list somewhere. Most recently happened after the last FW update.

    Yes, after poking around some, I noticed that while I could do certain things on the web for my 945 (such as setting HR Zones) it seems impossible to do much or anything really for the 965 and has to be done on the watch or the App. I guess that's ok, though for this specific problem, using a mouse and dragging would be easiest.

    Thank you for confirming that this wasn't just me alone experiencing it. It is annoying, I have my most frequently used glances at the top and bottom of the list for easy/fast access (2nd time zone/notifications), so definitely will notice when the order gets reshuffled.

    I keep an excel sheet with all my settings and order of activities and glances for when these things happen or a reset is necessary.

    Good idea. In the past I've taken pictures of my various data screen customizations.  I think I read something about being able to backup the watch?? Be nice if all of the settings/customizations could be stored and restored if needed.

    It sometimes happen to me, i think it happens in the shower

    Interesting, thanks for sharing. FWIW, I don't take my watch in the shower, just rinse it off in the sink after my runs. So odd, seems so random.

    This still happens with the latest beta, I've open a bug report in the hope Garmin might take a look.

    Thanks, hopefully there will be a fix, it's annoying. Just saw a post that this was even an issue with the 955, you'd think it would have been fixed by now.

    It seems to happen when I connect my watch to my PC via USB for charging about once a week. The glance order gets changed. After I disconnect it's correct oh the phone, but wrong on the watch. Sadly I haven't found a way to get the phone to reorder the watch to the correct order.
