same path and same pace early january was a completely different HR

Abnormal Jumps of HR and big drops even with quicker pace. That is completyely wrong and give all wrong training effect assign, Vo2 Max wrong etc....
see here Watt power vs HR. Generally good except couple of RED circled parts where at lowering Watt Power didn't correspond a normal decrease of HR
See here today same problem on jumping HR at the begin of activity with slow pace and low Watt Power on the first cicled red. The right after second circled red shows higher Watt Power and lower or equal HR. The last third circle red on the second half of the run shows a pretty higher HR with a similar Watt Power than the first part of the run.
It was not a long run so this is another example of wrong HR.

RED and BLUE almost same Pace adjusted but in BLUE the HR is like 10Bpm more
