golf shot detection not working after 23.20 update

I've had the same issue. Had about 1 shot detected per round

Rebooted watch and shot detection worked again

Rebooted watch (turned off and on) and shot detection works again

I had the same issue. Rebooted but did not make a difference. Will try rebooting again. 

I have the same issue but with my Venu3. I reset my watch and the next round I played, it worked for the front 9 but not the back 9. It was definitely working last weekend prior to the latest software update. 

Started noticing the same thing after 23.20* install (not sure which it was, as there were a number of patches this last week).  But it's not resolved even after a restart.  Some things I've noticed, and will probably open a new thread:

- The responsiveness of the watch is terribly slow.  This includes the Golf app with regards to score card editing and moving between holes.

- The swing/shot tracker is very inconsistent.  It will pickup driver swings, but it no longer picks up wedge swings.

It's definitely something in the latest update.

I just chatted with Garmin support and created a case. They said it had not been reported yet, so if anyone is still having issues, you should contact Garmin support and have a case created. 

I just contacted Garmin support and they said no one had reports this issue yet. They created a case for me, but if you are also having issues, you should contact Garmin support as well.
