Bug Report : No Sleep data and no HRV since update 20.26

Hello community,

I want to report my first ever bug from a mainstream update.

I've recently updated my F955 to the current 20.26 version.

Since then I have no more HRV data recorded as well as no sleep data.

Are there any fixes available or is there a way to revert to the former firmware until this issues has been solved?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Eg. 15s power button soft reset?

In my case the HRV data IS recorded, but due to not recorded sleep time overnight averages are not shown. However I can see 7-days averages in 4-week chart in the watch. Also, in Garmin Connect site in Reports->HRV status

I can confirm this. No actual measurements are shown but it displays a 7days 4weeks average.

Yes I restarted the watch twice without having any effects

Ok. Unfortunately Garmin does not share the firmware for being able to downgrade. Maybe someone has shared it to somewhere, or here, but officially no way to downgrade.

Update: i have made a factory reset of the watch and it did work for one night. During the second und third night after reset it did not recorded sleep data and the HRV graph is now empty as well.

I updated to 20.26 a few days ago, and last night my sleep tracking has stopped. So also no actual HRV. Also none in the 7 days graph, which shows 6 dots now.

I have installed beta update 20.29 three days ago and although it does not mention fixing this issue in the release notes, it fixed it for me.

I have consistent sleep data and HRV data for three days now. Noticed no new or other issues with the 20.29 beta release so far.

I instantly updated to 20.29 and last night it recorded my sleep and hrv again.
