So it's been 10 days where I'm finding gaps on the HRV graphs when I wake up. Before that day the HRV graphs were perfectly continuous. Since the day this behaviour started my HRV averages have spiked and it's also impacting my training readiness and all the other related metrics.
I haven't changed anything on my sleeping patterns or the watch fit.
I am aware there are other users with this same problem, but I haven't read any fix for it.
I am on version 19.18, I don't remember when I updated but I think it's been way more than 10 days.
