Are there any resources online to help with understanding the graphs (heart rate, body battery, stress, etc.)? Thanks
Are there any resources online to help with understanding the graphs (heart rate, body battery, stress, etc.)? Thanks
I googled this already and have only found info on Garmin's webpage which wasn't very useful. If you don't know anything outside of the obvious than either say you don't know or ignore the post…
Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but have an look at https://runalyze.com/
Import one activity, most things are explained if you hoover over the ? next to an item.
Happy running
Try https://discover.garmin.com/en-US/performance-data/running/#physiological-measurements
for some details on many of these metrics.
Yes, with a link to manual :D Like I said only answers to that question is RTFM and similar and you still try to say that it was a good question and don't see a problem with it. Yes, we can move on. I think that the point has been made pretty clear.
Because you are expecting people to answer your unreasonable question
So that justifies being condescending? That says more about you than it does him.
Except somebody responded with "Runalyze" and tool tips, which is actually a really neat way to learn about it that would never be surfaced via google or RTFM, LMGTFY or similar. So no, the answer is not "just RTFM"
Why do you have to go be a jerk about it?
If you don't want to answer it, don't. What sort of person goes out of their way to make somebody unwelcome?
Except somebody responded with "Runalyze"
and that helps to read Garmin graphs? Here's this 3rd party service? Ok then.
If you don't want to answer it,
Well I tried to explain how to in future make better questions and posts. Tell what you have already tried to do and what exactly is the thing that you don't understand. But apparently OP didn't see any problem that post on that part so...
Google is your friend if you can be bothered to use it instead of asking others to give you the information…
Okay... in the future, if I have a question I would like it if you or Jmto would refrain from responding. I don’t care how much you love Garmin or imagine Garmin loves you. Lol just stop. My question was answered by someone with sense and you both are still posting the same stuff trying to justify your poor attitudes. Like I said, save yourselves the time and move on. It’s that simple.
So this result from a simple Google search is of no use then?

Your bully buddy suggested a third party service too. I didn't see you hang it on him. Is he in the "in" crowd is he so that makes it ok?
The OP wasn't writing the post for you. He's writing it for himself. I'm on this thread specifically because I thought it was an interesting question. If you don't find it interesting, just walk away. There really is no need to be a jerk about it. So that's two of us that don't see any problem with that post so...
