Looking at new product QuickFit® Quarter-turn Bike Mount for Fenix6, is this compatible with the Forerunner 945?

I assume the difference that would cause it not to be compatible is the length between the mount points.

On my road bike (Trek brand), I used a mount for Garmin Edge and the mount of Forerunner 945 (available in Tri Pack). Look at the picture, may be a solution for you ?
It completely DOES fit BECAUSE the 945 is thinner.
While it will fit in the mount, it is not a secure fit. It's loose. It rattles.
So for me that means it does not fit.
I can't speak for this new version - but it appears to come with three sizes for the frame - but I use the older "Quick Release Kit" meant for Triathlons. I discard the "quickfit" harness that allows it…
