I finish a run. Sweating like a pig. Legs hurt. Etc.
And my watch says that my workout is "unproductive". My verbal response to that statement is unprintable.
Am I the only one who yells at their watch?

I've found yelling at inanimate objects just causes strangers to avoid me.

LOL! Garmin can be the most sadistic coach ever. If there is a reason, I would guess it's because you were supposed to take…
I've noticed it goes along with your fitness level.
I think you hit the nail on the head when it pertains to me. I run, but I'm not a runner. I don't train to compete in a 5K, 10K…
Thank you! GC has been telling me to focus more on Low Aerobic activities for a while now. But despite of that I’ve kept going through Maintaining and Productive weeks.
Since last week, which was a “rest one” (4 workouts and less mileage) I’ve been getting Unproductive. I was expecting the opposite since I was having an “easy” week to give my body more time to rest and recover. Btw, I went through “Recovery” weeks as well. 2 times in the last 7/8 weeks.
