Wrist heart rate monitor WHR inaccurate

Anyone else experienced issues with the heart rate inaccuracy? My FR945's HR reading is often higher than actual by 10%-30%. Usually when walking or moving around (e.g. cooking or talking & moving hands). It is disappointing because my $200 Fitbit tracks my heart rate accurately. This is a critical feature, because many other calculations depend on it.

Resetting the sensor (with garmin's support) did not fix it.

There should be a Garmin Gate and a group action against Garmin. The device is predicated on training profile and calculating rest and work days. When the input is erratic and wildly inacurate how can any of that core functionality work. A £500 watch is useless. I dont get why this is not a huge legal action. Garmin should be putting their hands up and refunding everybody, but they keep going selling stuff tbat does not work and so many people have presented the data to them.

My 945 consistently reads too high, particularly when compared with chest strap HRM. Close for resting heart rate, but inaccurate for indoor treadmill and outdoor running.
