FR 935 Taxc Turbo Trainer

I don’t really know where to ask this question. 

I have a Forerunner 935 (very happy with it)

I have a Tacx Blue Matic Turbo Trainer (Basic I know)

I have paired these together with cadence sensors etc and everything works great. 

My question is; what number (1-10) resistance do I set it at to get the most accurate data?

For example - Zwift says to put it at 3 when using that. Tacx App says 2 when using that.

I don’t want these paid services any more and want to use my watch to record my indoor rides. I’ve left it on 2 and used my FR to complete a ride and my power output was 450watts. My average is 250w. is there a recommended setting to use whilst using purely the watch?
