Hey folks,
The strength workout app that comes with the watch is ok, but have you found one that is better?
I think the default workout is generally ok but could be better with exercises like the chin-up, pull up, dip etc, where you might add or subtract mass from your bodyweight. Ideally, after a set I could correct the reps like I do now, then just enter what mass I added or subtracted and it would add or take this from my bodyweight and include the final figure in my exercise log for that set.
Yeah, I could just do the math myself, but if there is a way to automate all this that would be swell
