Garmin forerunner 935 not recording open water swimming correctly

Hi I'm having trouble with my garmin forerunner 935 when I'm open water swimming it's not giving the correct distance I swim with another and theirs show more distance than mine any information would be appreciated

    Same problem What I noticed is that if you stop at the end of a swim the distance keeps progressing. As if it is catching up. Up to a significant distance (hundreds of meters….). Obviously the time then also progresses so your average time is still off. Hope this will be fixed soon!

    Thanks yeah I've noticed that. I stop it when I finished my swim maybe I should leave it catch up but as uve just pointed out the time will be wrong.
