FR935 not recognized by Garmin Express

My FR935 no longer connects to PC. 
The connection is with USB with the official garmin cable. 
Windows 10 has the latest version. 
Express the latest version. 
FR935 with 20.0. 

Express can’t find the watch and windows also doesn’t show it at the explorer. 

The watch is from 2018 at the beginning the connection was ok, but now simply doesn’t work. 

Any suggestion to fix this annoying bug?
