Does anyone know what the data widget is displaying on the new Fenix 6 marketing picture?

I was able to do something similar for my 945 using the instructions here. Maybe your 935 has similar options?

The 935 only supports up to 4 Data Fields. For more you need CIQ fields, none of which are as clean as Garmin's in the new models.
