fake distance in pool swim mode Garmin 935

i have a new watch of Gaemin 935. i swam with it twice in 50m pool. in every swim that i did the watch add me 50m extra than the actual distance.
what can cause this fake distance?
i notice that during the swim it show the right distance but when i finsh and push save it add extra 50m to the swim distance.

Be sure you have the correct pool length under the settings. I have mine set at 25 yards and all the laps are correct. The only thing is when i freestyle, it shows as back. I have not tried back :) breast strokes are detected fine

pool length under the settings is 50 meter. this is not the problem...

What happens at the end of your swim? What do you do before you press lap/stop? What stroke are you swimming? How far are these swims?

at the end of the swim i stand and than push immediately on the stop button and after it immediately push save. I swim front crawl style all the way. the first swim was 1000m and at the end it save it as 1050. and the second swim was 1100m and at the end it save it as 1150.
before this watch i had garmin 235 and i download pool swim application from Garmin Conect and i never experience this phenomena on this watch. the pool swim application also add 50m at the end of the swim but all the way it showed 50 meter less than the actual distance.

Is it recording the correct amount of lengths? Sounds like it is adding on an extra length. I've seen this if someone crashes into me and I have to stop and start midway through the length.

Are you swimming all lengths non stop ?

it reads one extra amount of lengths each swim. i swimming all lengths without any stop or other swimmer interference.

when you do one lap, 100 m does it show 150 m ?

when you do one lap, 100 m does it show 150 m ?

when I do one lap of 100m it shows 100m.

I tried to use your link that you recommended me and i saw that in length number 20 and length number 21 that average stroke rate is acutely half than all other.
do you think that the extra lengths is added in those laps?
