How old is yours compared to hers? I've got an (older) H7 that doesn't work but apparently the newer ones do. (Silent chipset or firmware update on Polar's side perhaps?)
  • According to Polar the (current?) H7 "is compatible with Bluetooth® smart ready devices that support heart rate service". The 935 manual states under "Radio frequency/protocol" in the specification section :"Bluetooth[SUP]®[/SUP] Smart wireless technology". They should work together but as I don't have an H7 I cannot test it.

You have to remember that a BT HRM pairs to a device and can only connect to one device at a time. If yours is actively connected to for instance your smart phone then the 935 cannot connect t it. An ANT+ HRM simply broadcasts its information and it can be displayed on multiple devices at the same time.
