System language keep switching to English (and other issue)

Ho, I just got a new 935 and I'm having a problem: the system language keep switching back to English. Also the time go back to A.M. - P.M. instead of 24h.

I'm not sure if other settings change: this are the only ones I noticed and no matter what I do I cannot keep the watch in Italian: is anyone alse having this problem?

I'm sure this is a know problem because I'm having the same issue with my Forerunner 235!

Any help?

There is a known problem with syncing settings between GC (*) and your watch, where the watch's settings get clobbered by the GC settings.

(* In this case: Garmin Connect (website), or Garmin Connect Mobile (phone app))

Try fixing your language/time settings on the website or the app, and syncing again.

Hi, thank you for the suggestion: this are the settings in my app: in the preferences of the system I already have set Italian and the clock is in the 24h format

Hmm, that looks like the page for Settings > User Settings. There is another page in GCM that might have the settings you need. Can you try Settings > Garmin Devices > Forerunner 935 > Device Settings > System?

I solved by changing the settings on the web page!

Can you tell me exactly where you changed it (address to web page)? I have tried almost everything but still English, and not Norwegian, as language on my 735XT.

Click on the device icon on the top right of the GC website then Parameters then General.
