However, there are couple of things still missing compared to other Forerunners and Fenixes.

Sweat loss feature is still missing - should I enable it somewhere it is not really included in this FW?

While preparing to release our new on-device sleep algorithm on Forerunner devices we found that some beta testers had more accurate results on the previous versions. As a result, we have removed the feature to further review results so our customers can ultimately have the best sleep algorithm experience. We are actively testing and verifying the algorithm on a wider audience and hope to release a public beta in the coming months. Thank you all for your patience as we continue to make improvements and listen to your feedback.

Thank you! How do I trigger the upgrade process? Reboot my watch did not help. Restarting the app did not work. It's cool that this magic happens in the background but for more techy users would be great if we can trigger is

Hi 1492443, for the most control, sync it with Garmin Express via computer. How Do I Install Garmin Express? Using that program will force the watch to search for updates.
