Watch is about 3 yrs old. H.R. sensors stopped working, assuming accelerometer has also (no step count or sleep data). Charge only holding 8-10 hrs, intermittently not charging. Don't know what my options are, beyond "buy a new one

Yep, no change.
Turned off for a 24 hr period
All software updates done.
It appears to have just stopped working in the areas mentioned, which is not what I expected after only a relatively short lifespan
