My garmin is slow and keep freezing and constantly beeping telling me to move

I have garmin 735xt this is my 2nd watch now the battery isn’t lasting even when I don’t use GPS it’s freezing all the time slow when selecting and keep beeping telling me to move every minute or so.

First, try rebooting. If this does not help, then try a master reset. And if this does not help either, then it is probably broken.
