Help - how to change data screens for workouts

When I go to Activity | Menu | Data Screens, that works for just normal workouts. But if I put in a workout from Garmin Connect, and then use it, I get a data screen with very different results. One of them is 'Steps' -- which I don't care about at all. Where do I change the screens for workouts?

The up and down buttons will switch to another data screen.

I've set the main running data screen to Dist (top), Timer (mid left), Pace (mid right) and HR Zone (bottom). But when I import workouts from http://8020endurance.com/8020-workout-library/, I get: Steps (top), Time (mid) and Dist (bottom).

How do I get my normal desired data screen on an imported workout?

There should be a second page where you can switch with the up/down buttons.
