Garmin Forerunner 735xt wrong date and time

Question

Hello, it seems that my watch doesn't recognize the time zone. It should be the 8th of January at 10.06 and my watch shows 21.56 the 7th of January.
I already sync with the app and try to turn off, but nothing changed. I try to change manually the time and that works, but not for the date.

acquire a gps fix by going outside and start a run activity, once your gps turns green, the time should be corrected from the satellites.

Change your gps setting to GPS+GLONASS, then go outside start an activity - hopefully you&rsquo;ll see the gps activate and the time and date reset - it worked for me!

You must first tell your watch to set time and date automatically , then prepare to start tracking an activity with a profile in which GPS is enabled , and wait until you get five green bars for the GPS (signal strength) status before you exit back to normal watch face. On my FR235 and FR630, after a hard reset it could take up to ten minutes to get five green bars the first time.

Best voted solution didn&rsquo;t work for me and many others. And it&rsquo;s not a solution anyway, set manually should work as the option is there&hellip; setting automatically doesn&rsquo;t update properly and requires you to move and go outside.. But I do check the time when I&rsquo;m not running. 
 annoying bug honestly, 2 years like that and no fix.
