Amazon music not syncing

I am trying to sync amazon music with my Forerunner 645 Music but it's stuck at 1%. Has anyone actually managed to sync music or does it just not work. My first garmin watch and so far extremely disappointed!

Same issue. Worked for about 6 months now just stays at 0%. I’ve done a full reset including deleting all data. Still no luck

I managed to sort it! Don't leave it anywhere near laptop or pc. Bluetooth interrupts the WiFi. I plugged in my watch and left near my phone and nothing else. Hope this helps
