As far as I can tell there are different language settings: one for the watch interface and another for the audio prompts during activities.
I like to have english audio prompts while using a german interface. In general this is working, but nearly daily the audio prompts are changed to german (while the setting is still shown as english).
I still have this problem after changing my mobile phone, so I guess there is a problem with the watch or the software.
Are there any tricks to fix this?
