FR645 wrong GPS data

Hello,
I wanted to ask if someone knows of any solution to my problem. My forerunner 645 is giving me completely false distance and altitude data on every hike I do. I usually do a long hike once per week. The watch will always add more distance. For example I know for sure from multitude sources a hike is 11km long. My watch will measure 23km. Also, I mainly bought this watch because i wanted super precise altitude data and i thought I'll be getting that with the barometric altimeter. And the altitude data will always be wrong about 100m or more. Usually there is 100m missing. It doesn't matter if it's super sunny or cloudy. Always the same.
I tried using GPS, GPS + Glonass, GPS + Galileo. They all give me wrong data. Now i just keep only GPS on because at least it doesn't eat the battery as fast. When I look at the trail map created after the hike the line is usually pretty OK when hiking straight but as soon as there is some zigzagging the GPS goes crazy and the line is all tangled up.
Also the watch does this thing that everytime i move my arm (even when sitting still) it thinks I'm moving and will add distance.
Anyway, anyone with the same problem? Any suggestions on what I might do? I regulary update the watch and I'm using the walk app since there is no hike option.
