I wanted to run a session where I run 6km but for the first 3 kilometres run at a 165/min cadence and the second 3km run at 170/min cadence.
I can see this is possible in the setup of Workouts, so an alarm goes during the run if you're too high or too low in terms of cadence.
That's great, I wondered if there's a way to make the Metronome setting mirror what's specified in the Workout. At the moment the functions seem entirely separate, so I would have to change the metronome setting manually for the second 3km. It would be great if it were just to default to the cadence specified in the Workout?
Any thoughts?
