645M freezes after saving Workout (FW 5.90)

My 645M freezes after every workout just after saving it. Spotify continues to play, but the watch is completely locked. The workout however is saved correctly and can be synced after killing the watch and turning it back on.

Be careful with 5.90!!!

I confirm. After each save the clock hangs up and no longer takes a keystroke. Light shines permanently and it drains the battery

I have the same issue with the no music version (FW 5.90). clock hangs up after saving an activity, light shines permanently and drains the battery

And same here. After every activity saving, clock freeze and light is on. Restart helps, but its very frustrating remember to do that every time. Update 5.9 sucks and this bug should repair very fastly…

Changing language did not work for me. FR 645 still freezing when saving workouts.

Mine did this only 3 times, when I posted some time ago, after a restart it didn't do it again in the last month or so.

I have experienced this maybe only three times or so since the release of 6.20, so it actually doesn't bother me in the least.

If it does happen I restart the watch and life goes on.

Wait until you miss a meeting because the time on your $500 watch is wrong. That bothers me plenty.

Well, I got 2 complete freezes like this. But only in the case, the watch finds my lactate threshold. Otherwise it does not freeze after the activity is saved.

Je confirme la montre se bloque après enregistrement obligé de l'éteindre complètement et de la rallumer , l'activité est bien enregistré , la version du logiciel est bien à jour 6.20 , je viens d'effacer toutes les activités comme conseillé sur le forum j'espère que ça sera en ordre ??

This is still happening on my 645. It's a known issue and somewhat amazing that this is something that has not been resolved yet.

A watch this expensive should not be broken by a previous update and then fail to be corrected. I should not have to restart my watch over 50% of the time after completing a run of any type.

I solved the issue by deleting all the activites from the watch. It haven't happened yet since then.

I have also been having this issue intermittently for a few months now. I will delete .fit files, but this should be fixed with a FW update already.
