Forerunner 645 Watch Face Icon / Symbol

Hi there,

I'm trying to figure out what the icon / symbol is on my Forerunner 645 watch. It's a man with an arch above it. It also includes time and resets itself every time I exercise. The arch changes colour and time changes. Is this a recovery tool? Please see picture below:

This is the number of hours from your recovery adviser. This will reset after each workout since a new time is calculated after every exercise.

Thank you for confirming. I figured this was the case. A handy tool to have. Might not always go by its advice (stubborn and tend to overtrain), but good :)
