My first thought would be “defect”. I’ve had my 645M for over a year and never seen anything like that.

I see this "White Circle" when I put my watch to charge using my laptop USBa port to charge it... But after charge and remove the cable this "White circle" fades away... Try to connect it to your PC and let it charge until 100% to see if this circle fades away...

I send it back to Garmin and they gave me new one

I am curious as well. A white circle appeared on my watch yesterday. I have had this watch for over a year

Also got a similar white spot on FR 645M and got it replaced under warranty.
